compilation thereof, as well as the look, selection and arrangement, design and organization of the
Site, (collectively “Content”), is controlled by «Freyja Jewelry», including without limitation
copyrights, trademarks (whether registered or not) and all other pertinent rights controlled by
«Freyja Jewelry» and are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and
international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of any kind of the above listed
content is absolutely prohibited. The use of the Site is not intended to and does not grant to any
person or entity any intellectual property or other ownership rights in or to the Site or its Content.
Orders and Payment
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our
products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any
color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, if required by the circumstances, to restrict the sales of our products to any
person, geographical area or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products
or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at
anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product
at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased or obtained by you will meet your
expectations.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, which means that items in your shopping bag
are not reserved and are available to other customers until the completion of your purchase.
The products offered through this website are available in Greece and abroad. All product orders
depend on their availability. In this light, in case of difficulties in supplying or depleting the
products in stock, we reserve the right to inform you either by phone to the number you have
declared or by email, about similar products of equal quality and value, which you can order. If you
do not wish to order such products, we will refund you the amount you may have paid in full.
Prices for our products can be changed without notice.
The price of each product will be the one set at any time on our website, except in cases of obvious
error. We always make sure that all the prices on the website are accurate, however errors may
occur. If we find an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon
as possible and give you the opportunity to re-confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If it
is not possible to contact you, we will consider your order to be canceled and we will refund you in
full any amount you have paid. We are not obliged to supply you any product at the wrong lower
price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation), in case the price error is obvious and
indisputable and can be reasonably recognized by you as the wrong price.

Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email that will contain all the
information about your order.
Shipping costs are your charge at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel the purchase in case:
- we do not receive payment approval
- we can not deliver to the area where you live
- you do not agree with the terms of use of the site
In case you want to cancel your order, you must inform us within twenty four (24) hours from its
registration and we will inform you via e-mail or phone about when the money will be deposited in
your card.
Freyja Jewelry is headquartered in Athens, Greece and all our transactions are in Euros (€). You will
be billed in Euros. If you are a customer whose credit/debit/prepaid card is not denominated in
Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day
your card issuer processes the transaction. Please note, that if you purchase from a country which
has other currency than Euros, then currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a
difference to the amount billed on your credit/debit card.
