Refunds and returns

Most of our jewelry are made to order and are uniquely handcrafted, so we accept a refund and return only in case you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order. In that case an exchange will be offered.

You will not be charged with the return shipping fees, only for items acknowledged to be defective or incorrect.

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number, the reason of your return attached with a photo of the received defective item or the one that does not match your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Returns must be unused and undamaged accompanied with their original packaging and must be send within 5 days upon delivery date.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
